We hard breakfast at food exchange last 3 days . Breakfast is superb . Outstanding and I can say the best Service I have ever got and Food Exchange is the amazing restaurant where we dined with lots of lovely staff who makes us feel like home. No words to explain my 😊.

This hotel has a wonderful interior, rooms and the other areas as well. I’m a Accor member from past 8 years, have never received an exceptional check in experience like in this hotel, I just came and the check in was done in just 1 min, thanks to Mr. Glenn who did it so quickly with so much professionalism. He also helped me with the key in the phone. The cleaning staff Premila cleaned our room and helped us with all the needed items and a wonderful hospitality. Will definitely visit this hotel again the staff is doing a wonderful job right from the reception till the room. The break fast was ok ok but the hospitality is good at the restaurant as well.

Such a wow exprience in novotel goa panjim. I came for breakfast at food exchange they had a huge opetion of food and beverages. Food and service was amezing.i had a memorable exprience which i can recommended others. A warm welcome by kankana and faustina. N service by vipul exellent.

Really loved this property nice view loved all the staff in fo and restaurant was so good each and every staff including Priyanka sanjana saloni sakshi everyone was so good we behaved the house keeping staff also good the rooms was also good nice experience
