The bed was made of stone, AC was broken, sheets and pillow case were used and had dirty spots on them. Broken furniture and poor service. They barely have any intentions to make you feel good. I had to tell them thrice in the intervals of an hour just to get me a blanket and a towel which were missing on their end. Food was okay too.There were house lizards moving across the rooms and even in the washroom. Hooks to hang your clothes were missing in the bathroom. Tea bags and coffee powder ***** with the cup was age old.

Reasonable price to stay. Cost wise worthy. Tasty breakfast. The place was calm. Enjoyed a lot with family.

though i thought lift is not there and its going to be a bad stay after the hospitality and staying in the spacious rooms my perceptions changed. rooms are clean spacious and wonderful. all sight seeing is very much near so didnt get tired soon. food delivered was very good aince we stayed in 3 different hotels in pondicherry mahabalipuram and chennai niravana was the best stay and food we had. hot poori and subgi was the best .
cons : swimming pool is bit odd and looked like kids pool. we havent used it . if its for 2 day stay for outing dont mind the pool problems 🙂

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with professional and helpful staff. However, the information on the stating that the beach is a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel is inaccurate. In reality, the distance to the beach is approximately 2 km. Despite this, the food and room maintenance were excellent.

The hotel people told ots walkable from beach, but actually it is not. Also alcohol is allowed in hotel. Staff was good and polite. But options were less and availability of some food was also not there. But whatever food they gave was good in taste.

My stay was pathetic in nirvana boutique hotel. I booked it after seeing pictures. Bed mattress was uncomfortable and there were lizards all over, even in the bathroom. The drainage of bath area was not good. Breakfast we had booked, which was served on cracked plates. Rate of the hotel was too high than what it deserved. Only location is closer to attractions otherwise hotel is not worth staying.
