"The receptionist and the manager were unprofessional and unfriendly throughout our stay. Their attitude toward guests was disappointing and did not reflect acceptable standards of customer service. In addition, the rooms were not properly cleaned and failed to meet basic standards of hygiene and comfort. The restaurant was excessively expensive considering the quality of the food and service provided. Furthermore, the waiters appeared unwelcoming, and their gestures and interactions with guests conveyed a lack of hospitality, which made the dining experience uncomfortable and less enjoyable. Overall, our stay was unsatisfactory, and based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel."
