the niu Mood hotel is a solid choice when spending some nights in Mainz - the property, common areas and bedroom are very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and a bus station connection to the central station or city center is a 3 minutes walk away (although the location is not close to any supermarkets or restaurants nearby) However, it is worth a stay!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. They will give you a free drink coupon if you are willing to pass on your room being cleaned each morning. This is great because the only negative thing about the hotel is that the train station is the closest place to get coffee or food. It’s not far, but it is better if you can have coffee right after waking up.

This hotel is relatively new, but the location is very good, very close to the central train station. What a wonderful hotel, we had to look for it from the station, we were sent in the wrong direction at first!!!
Room was fine and decorations very funny.
We absolutely love the smell of the soap in the bathroom
Breakfast was fine.
A big loss is a coffee/tea facility in the room
