Hotel bom, atendimento, acomodações, alimentação. Pela localização (região sujeita a baixa temperatura), as piscinas externas deveriam ser climatizadas para melhor aproveitamento e, às opções de recreação poderiam ser melhores e utilizarem mais os espaços do hotel.

Hotel perto de São Paulo, acolhedor, aceita PET, comida muito boa! Wifi funcionou bem. Tem uma bonita piscina de borda infinita e ofurôs espalhados pela área externa. Passamos o Natal e não temos nada a reclamar.

Passamos o final de semana no hotel e foi uma delícia. O tempo estava fechado e mesmo assim fizemos muitas atividades! Fizemos trilha, arco e flecha, sinuca, utilizamos a jacuzzi e a piscina aquecida. O luau que estava previsto infelizmente não aconteceu por causa da garoa. Mesmo assim o Tio Bolacha não desanimou, teve até bingo depois do jantar. Visitamos a fazendinha, vendo de perto os animais. As refeições são muito boas, com bastante variedade e muito saborosas. O atendimento do Francisco, no Restaurante, é excepcional. Atencioso, solícito e muito gentil. Toda a equipe do hotel está de parabéns! Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos, espaçosos (o banheiro poderia ser um tiquinho maior, o box é bem pequeno). Importante destacar que é um hotel acessível, com rampas para quase todas as atividades. Com certeza indicamos e voltaremos.

Rodrigo chefe da cozinha(equipe), mandou muito bem nas refeições!!! Alimentação com diversidade, sensacional, parabéns a EQUIPE!!! Gerente (Rafael), muito educado, pro ativo e humano, parabéns. Funcionários nas dependência do hotel, todos muitos educados, estão de parabéns, também. Os quartos, limpos, conservados, enxoval limpos. O senhor que carregava as bagagem, esqueci o nome muito educado, pro ativo e humano, tentando deixar tudo mais fácil pro hóspede. Piscina com borda infinita bem legal (uma sugestão poderia ser climatizada a água pra dar uma quebrada no gelo), fora isso ela é maravilhosa. Piscina aquecida __ não estava aquecida estava com a agua fria e está precisa ser higienizada(água turva e lodo) __ precisa manutenção. Parabéns, a todos... Concerteza, retornarei ao hotel!!!!

Cozinha, quarto, estrutura muito bons. Atendimento em geral muito bom. Piscina aquecida que não aqueceu. Se manteve fria e depois ambiente. Mas quente não. Equipe de lazer Quebra Nozes muito boa. Todos os tios e tias muito bons. Carinhososos e atenciosos.

Passamos o final de semana para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento e logo de entrada fomos surpreendidos com o quarto decorado, balde com champanhe. Funcionários, instrutores muito atenciosos. Comida maravilhosa, muita variedade, A vista da piscina com borda infinita é incrível!! O Hotel possui vários Jacuzzis com água quentinha! Tudo perfeito.
