Indeed a nice place to stay just for 2days but im so sad im early coming to the hotel but since the check in period should be only 2pm, and i check out 5am i tried to request if could check in a little bit earlier since i had flight coming from province at 5am flight @10am coming to manila i tried to ask the reception if they could have atleast let us go in earlier just to have a little rest from. The hot shower is under maintenance its not working, while the television netflix is not working. The towels are bit not clean.... so i hope you could have something food on the hotel...

Worst hotel we have booked so far. We checked in 5 people and paid for 5 but gave us 4 pillows only and 2 blankets. We have requested but they said they don’t have.  First time I saw a receptionist or front desk person plucking her eyebrows 😂😅. So weird hotel really.

It was a very nice stay. To have that jacuzzi with that kind of price is really good. They just have to clean properly. On our first night there were some dirt coming out from it when we turn it on. So drained it again and we did some cleaning by ourselves. This is the third kind of room that i stayed in with them. The last two i had problem with the bathroom, the water is leaking out from it. Nevertheless everything was ok. Thank you very much.

The Hotel was  good clean and ambiance was amazing… no kettle lang to make a coffee😅🤣 but overall MABAYSAY🤩

Rooms aren’t too clean and the hotel is being left to run down sadly. First room we entered was completely covered in black mould, bad smells in bathroom. Went to lobby and staff don’t seem bothered. Said there’s no other rooms. Then when I mentioned calling trip, suddenly we got an upgraded room. Was much better but still dirty bathroom. The shower water temperature was far too hot or freezing, asked reception to help. She said our room number to her colleagues and they laughed. Really rude and unprofessional reception staff. There’s many other hotels in the area, much better and similar priced.

Pros: Big room with massage chair, big bed, TV and jacuzzi. Close to malls within Makati. Staff are kind. Cons: Very weak wifi internet specially at night and we cannot watch Netflix due to this. TV remote is not working. Staff provided wired mouse to navigate through Netflix which is very disappointing as we still need to stand up from the bed just to select movies to watch or everytime the movie gets cut due to internet wifi connection issues. The separate shower area is dirty, lots of molds. Shampoo and shower gel dispensers are empty. No phone in the room to contact frontdesk. Corridor in the 8F is not well lit which makes the area a little creepy. Overall, hotel is good for overnight stay. I hope management will work on the areas for improvement like cleanliness, lighting, wifi internet and TV remote.
