Please check room condition upon check-in — several issues during my stay
I would like to share my personal experience to help future travellers be better prepared. During checkout, I was informed of an alleged scratch on the TV screen. However, I was not shown any evidence linking the damage to my stay. Because of this, I strongly recommend that future guests take photos of the room when checking in to avoid any misunderstandings. Throughout my stay, I also faced several inconveniences: The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, which made it difficult for me to work. The electronic cooking stove was not functioning, so I couldn’t cook. The washing machine could wash but could not dry, which made laundry inconvenient. My room card stopped working multiple times, and I had to return to the lobby for reactivation. I was informed that external guests were not allowed in the room, which I was not aware of beforehand. The breakfast selection was the same every day, with portions running out between around 9:30–10:00am. These were my personal observations during the stay. I hope this review helps future travellers prepare and provides feedback that may assist the hotel in improving guest experience.
