The rooms were spotless, the service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! This hotel provided an excellent experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was very effective. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The location is super convenient with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

This is our third time coming here and it’s been an amazing experience. We enjoyed the convenience, amenities and great location of the suites in Alpha. It is located at a very safe and central area in Makati. We were able to enjoy the skyline of Manila.

42nd floor! It was okay. Everything is there, but some things are no longer new. The washing machine and dryer are super! Air conditioners, lots of storage space! The linens were clean, but a bit worn in some spots... The shower drainage wasn't great. Overall, it's fine; there are shops and cafes nearby.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at The Alpha Suites Makati We stayed at The Alpha Suites Makati for 11 nights and enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by 4 more nights. Value for Money – 5/5: Excellent price for the quality you get. Cleanliness – 5/5: The room was cleaned every day and always well maintained. Location – 5/5: Quiet area but close to malls and restaurants. Having a supermarket in the basement was very convenient. Facilities – 5/5: The suites have everything you need, and the staff gladly provide anything that's missing. Service – 5/5: Friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We had noisy neighbors one night, but after calling reception, security resolved the issue quickly. The only small downsides were the loud air conditioner and an occasional cigarette smell in the room. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. The place is big enough for us (family of 4). Is clean and accessible. The buffet breakfast is really good! We also want to thank them for accommodating my request of having a simple treat for my daughter and husband’s birthday. Exceeded our expectations. Will definitely book here again!

Centrally located in Manila, which was very convenient. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. The service was excellent; they kindly extended our check-out by three hours for free because our flight was in the afternoon. We really appreciated that! The only downside was that there was no hairdryer in the room.
