Got red face after using the bar soap. Could have strong chemicals in it.

The second time around is more great. The inn didn’t disappoint me and the service keeps getting better! It’s a very convenient location to all amenities. I’ll come back again next year for sure. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay memorable. To Darwin, Jay, John Eduard & Joy, check in ladies, you’re awesome!

A good hotel, cleanliness and room size are acceptable except for tge traffic jammed. Location is good if you are a shopaholic , Landmark, Greenbelt and Glorietta are within walking distance.

I had a pleasant stay at Jinjiang Makati. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants.

Good position but a very run down hotel. Carpets are ragged with holes everywhere and the whole place needs a makeover. Staff were pleasant and the rooms are large but poorly appointed. Opened my window to look at a big concrete wall. And an unpleasant smell ( mould) lingering around didn’t help.  Overall this is a 2.5 star hotel at best. Spend an extra $50 and stay somewhere better. It’s worth the extra spend

Excellent location. Price for the breakfast ok. Rooms are ok. Common spaces would need some maintenance but overall worth hotel for the price and great location.

Our room was on the 4th floor. Upon stepping out from the elevator, we weren't too sure what to expect, as the carpet was well and truly flogged, with the area between joins in the carpet looking very poor. However, upon entering the room we found it to be very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and there were enough pillows. The shower area was very clean, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Potential downsides include no windows (although there are nice Japanese style shutters that make it look like there are windows), and the stock of water bottles was poor (only 2 x 250ml bottles). I've rated the service and facilities in the mid-range, because we didn't really experience much of either of those. The room did come with 2 breakfasts, however we had left the hotel before breakfast started. The price was competitive, so can't really complain.

Helpful staff. Convenient location to GreenBelt for shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to Sunday Legazpi Market.

Good service and near to shopping malls and restaurant. We enjoy staying in Jinjiang Makati.

2nd time to stay in this hotel, bumalik kami kasi malinis, maayos ang aircon, selection of breakfast buffet is good. So everytime na mag lakad kami sa makati area we will still choose to stay here. Receptionist are very professional even si manong guard, they always assist.keep up the good work

I was not pleased when I called the hotel’s landline for I was on the way to the hotel if I could check in earlier, a guy who answered my call was a little bit confused and keep asking my booking and my name. However, when I arrived at the hotel The Guard approached us with hospitality and immediately helped us on our things. The staff are friendly too. Hoping they are always happy to serve their customers. I think the management should fixed the hotel’s carpet, its old already.

The hotel is located quite conveniently to access to malls in Makati. The stuff of reception are very friendly, and room is enough clean to stay comfortably. I’d like to stay again at this hotel on the next trip and recommend travelers to stay here.
