I'M Hotel

I love this hotel since you can go to the onsen spa as a hotel guest. It’s so clean and spacious. The pool is also unique design and we love it. There was a bathtub in the room as well. I had a 10 minutes complementary massage before going to Onsen last night. It was great. Thank you!

The room room is big and spacious. Convenient location easy to access to shopping mall and restaurant. We enjoyed the steam & sauna. The next day we tried the massage and got 10% discount for hotel guest. But the musty smell in room so strong especially when the aircond off. Im dissapointed when i went to the toilet there still something inside “p**p” residue. After i flushed, i informed the receptionist to send someone to cleaned the toilet. I hope next time hotel will improve and check it before others guest to check in the room.

Great location in makati with access to lots of bars and restaurants and not far from the airport. Room is spacious and clean with good facilities. Pool is great with good bar service and relaxing seating areas. Staff are helpful and service is good.

I had an exceptional stay at I’M Hotel Makati and couldn’t have been more impressed. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of the hotel is its outstanding facilities. The onsen spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center were all impeccably maintained and provided the perfect balance of relaxation and wellness. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection of delicious local and international dishes, making every morning something to look forward to. The location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Makati, the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping centers, and nightlife, making it incredibly convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. What truly sets I’M Hotel apart is the consistency of its service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Overall, I’M Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The place is nice. They provide floaters for the kids at the swimming pool. In relation to Pride month, there was an artist who lip sync Ariana Grande songs, which was really entertaining for both adults and kids. Room was neat and great, amenities are good, staff are nice and very friendly! I noticed a lot of foreigners stay here (maybe because its at the red district area) hence gives you an aura that you went outside the PH.

The stay was pretty decent overall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was okay, nothing too fancy but it filled you up. Location was convenient for what I needed. I'd probably stay here again if I was in the area.

Good location and friendly staffs, I have check in very late night but they prepare room well with air-con on whole night, ready for take rest
