Nice hotel. Stayed in premier king room and very satisfied because the room has been updated and looks and feels fantastic Nice big sized room Ordered room service and there was nice Malaysian food menu and the food was awesome In a neighborhood that has restaurants, cafes everywhere all within walking I would recommend the management to update or upgrade the reception area because it would make the hotel look better The reception lobby is First Impression, however currently it doesn't correspond to the quality of the room.

The hotel is convenient, close to many restaurants and malls. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was good, quite big and the food was good!

Excellent location, very spacious rooms. We stayed on the 24th floor, but the view wasn't great as it overlooked the wall of an adjacent building. Overall, everything was decent, but the carpets could use an upgrade or a good dry cleaning.

Strong odor in rooms/hotel. Dirty carpet. Moldy on silicone inside shower. Two out three elevators was broke/upgrade. The staffs are friendly and attentive.

I had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!"

My stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.
