Will definitely recomend this hotel in a heartbeat! Hotel is located just accross greenbelt mall! Rooms are spacious & clean. They serve good food & rooms comes with free breakfast. Good value for money.

Very convenient and accessible to Greenbelt we’re able to attend the Sunday Mass and Staff are friendly. Recommendable to my Family and Friends for there vacation. See You Soon😀

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a fantastic location just across from Greenbelt Mall and near lots of shops & restaurants. Free WiFi, rooftop pool, and decent amenities make it a good value. A few downsides: noise can be an issue (street / construction, especially on lower floors), some rooms / fixtures feel a little dated, and views from some windows aren’t great.

3rd or 4th time staying there. Toliet was plugged upon moving into room. Had us wait till next day to change room. Absolutely the worst wifi on earth. No wifi in rooms, forgwt about it. I hate when they treat you like you've never dealt with hotel wifi before. Sir try restarting phone, sir click the charter house wifi. Blah blah blah. Fix your damn wifi. City view rooms should be less expensive the construction noise on the new mall kept us up all night. This might be our last time there. Ive stayed in better Sogo's then this.

Very good location, friendly and professional staffs. Good service, the room is clean though the bathroom is a bit mouldy. Require proper cleaning or maintenance. Definitely coming back on this hotel.

Our room is spacious and clean but lacks updated amenities. Bathroom looks old and aircon is window type.
