The room shows signs of age and wear, with some visible deterioration, such as peeling paint on the bathtub and mold beneath the silicone. The mattress is quite firm, with the inner springs noticeable at times. Despite these issues, the room offers a comfortable and home-like atmosphere that made my stay pleasant overall. The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Jerico, who was consistently attentive and responsive to all my requests.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. It would've been nicer if there's a pool, so the kids will enjoy more. We will be glad to be back, though.

Located in the heart of the action in p burgos St can't hear the noise going on below from higher floor room which was good,room was clean but lack of towels left me stuck for having a shower delays arriving ment only spent 8 hours in the hotel so wasn't a problem room was clean TV worked wifi worked bed was comfortable and clean Aircon kept room cool bathroom was a different story looks very old and dated fixtures broken stains on floor bath looked like it had seen better days and shower head [hence the earlier wasn't a problem] toilet was good and worked well considering the rest of the bathroom

Good location. In bad need of updating.  Would ought to be white bath towels, look sort of gray. Filthy carpet, must be replaced immediately. Helpful staff. 

Let’s be frank ..you stay here because it’s in the heart of Makati and no other reason.  Room dated and tired. Bath (shower over it) had a hole in it so I’ve no idea where some of the water went.  Staff helpful so no complaints on that front. Bedding was clean but just the whole room needs starting over again.

It was nice stay,but Bus tub was damaged old I could not relax hot water tub due to damaged tub Floor carpet was dirty stain also gum was stuck on the carpet.

It was convenient :) Staff always acccomodating. Will stay again for sure.

This is an old hotel. The bedrooms and bathrooms need serious refurbishment. The staff are helpful and friendly. A good location in the heart of Manila`s adult nightlife district.

good location for restaurant and entertainments. The Flling Station diner nearby is very entertaining

Everything is good except they don't have a bidet. Blanket is not white. Tv no service for 24 hours

the staff are so friendly and optimistic . quite old hotel but they maintaining the cleanliness good job!

Totally is good just I saw many small cockroaches in room
