It was a great experience. The doormen were very kind, helping with luggage and providing excellent service and directions. I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get to use the rooftop pool this time.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Makati. Early check-in was possible, but it came with an extra charge. There's no drinking water in the room, but a water dispenser is available in the hallway. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride to the airport.

The hotel is so clean and all of the staff were very friendly and has a pleasing personality. Over all worth it stay. However i hope they could change all their tv to smart ones.

The location is good, near the Makati CBD. The facilities are basic, but it's all about value for money. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the breakfast was sparse with unappetizing fruit.

I had a great time staying at Valero. Our suite was spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and the shower was working properly. We enjoyed the clean pool, and I had a great time in their well-equipped gym with a view. Right outside the hotel are a lot of shops, and it is just walking distance to Ayala Triangle Park. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others! Thank you!

Great room and cozy. Space is big enough for traveler with 2 people. Just one thing should advise is the heater water was not stable. Either too hot or too cold, can't get the preferred temperature when during shower.
