This is a classic hotel, well located, full service (though a little slow at times) and it was very busy when we were there at Chinese New Year. The staff are friendly and helpful. This room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous but be careful of the queues (as well as when checking in and out). The gym is well stocked and the pool area is pleasant although the pool is a little small. The food is good all round. It is conveniently located next to the giant malls of Makati where there is plenty to eat and shop! I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The lobby is lovely.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful, the room was very cozy and clean. Lots of food options for the breakfast buffet at the Pantry. Definitely would come back.

Deluxe room is super spacious. The room is huge and has all the amenities you need. The hotel itself is a little bit old but deluxe room is fine.

Would definitely stay back at this hotel if I come back to Manila. Considering the location it’s walking distance to Glorietta and Greenbelt. Everything about the hotel is presentable as you see on photos. And the buffet..fantastic!

I was generally satisfied with my stay at the hotel. There was only a small misunderstanding regarding the lunch boxes, but it was resolved. I especially enjoyed the UMU restaurant - everything there was truly delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.

Always a gem staying in Dusit! A+++ for the location being only ~2-5 mins walk to SM Makati/Greenbelt—the reason I keep coming back here, a convenient location for shopping. Staffs are always as accommodating and smiling 💗

Honestly, I went in with very high expectations, but if you temper them a bit, it's actually pretty good. The food is great, but the rooms feel quite old as the hotel is older. The location, however, is excellent.
