12.08.23 пытался забронировать номер, по телефону администратор сказал что бронирование возможно только через сайт. Хорошо захожу на сайт и бронирую номер, получил на почту потверждение о бронировании. А 13.08.23 другой администратор сказал что видит моё бронирование, но заселять не будет, так-как нет мест. Сказали что что-то сбилось. Общение не хорошее. Пришлось срочно опять обзванивать и искать другой отель.

Неплохая гостиница на берегу озера. К озеру не подойти, растут камыши, и в нём никто не купается. Кровать комфортная, есть балкончик со столиком и двумя стульями. В номере есть фен, телевизор, чайник, холодильник и комплект посуды с приборами. На территории есть своя парковка. Также были замечены несколько ласковых кошек)) Завтраки достаточно плотные и вкусные!

Хочу оставить свой негативный отзыв об отеле « Лорд Я не довольна отелем. Очень грубые Администраторы, не приветливые Персонал не должен хамить гостю, такое чувство будто бы я пришла к ним домой. Но это еще ни чего. Столкнулась с прачной хотела попросить погладить на что женщина светловолосая сказала зачем вы сюда приезжаете Это не культурно. Единственный плюс это месторасположение. Печально что нет работника который может дипломатично решать подобные вопросы!!!

Останавливались в отеле в апреле текущего года. Вообще туриндустрия в Дагестане развита мало. Все только начинается. Махачкала вообще административный центр, моря там мало. Поэтому на берегу Каспия мы отель и не искали. Затем проблемой бронирования является еще и то, что ни дозвониться до отеля, ни забронировать через Островок проблемно. Кое -как нашли отель, который и забронировал нормально и удалось кешбек применить, который дает нам наше государство. Теперь про отельчик. в целом, он небольшой, но чистый и уютный. Администраторы приветливые, номера чистые, прибирали хорошо. Завтраки обычные, но при отъезде в путешествие рано утром (на экскурсию) даже давали так сказать ланч-боксы с собой. Отель на берегу озера, очень красивый вид из окна.
