I had booked a junior suite with breakfast and lounge access. However, i was surprised when I was told upon check-in that I don't have lounge access. I was totally disappointed and complained to trip com. Joyce was the trip com rep who called me back and asked for a few minutes to talk to the hotel. During this time, the female customer service rep Miss Lama called me and offered an upgrade to the executive suit with lounge access. I am very thankful to Miss Lama, who provided an exceptional service and also said that this is your 2nd home. Other staff Miss. Darwesha Ebrahim
