It was good stay with my family. Very near to the Haram and there is mall connecting to the hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Clean rooms but the service was slow. Highly recommended.

Service and staff very good. Furniture, carpets and overall condition of hotel require a redo. Lamp damage, sink damage. Challenging and Confusing room and parking lifts. SAR250 parking fee per night.

Overal it’s a good experience.
Location is inside zam zam tower mall so it’s very close to walk to masjidil haram and also easy to buy stuff and foods. Check in check out process is quite fast. Prayer room are spacious and clean as well.
Thanks to housekeeping team ( arafat and jewel) who work fast and very helpful to make sure our room are clean.
However there are some notes :
1. Lift is not directly go downstairs, you will need to change lift in the M2 ( hotel lobby) so it takes time to go downstairs
2. Not all lift are working, some are out for services for days and i even get stuck in one of the lift
3. Restaurant seems like understaff. Moreover if you have breakfast after 7 am. However, the staff are helpful and nice
4. It takes half an hour to bring my luggage with trolley when we checked out at 9 am ( not during busy time). I need to call different concierge staff in order to have my luggage in the L1 (car lobby). Maybe because there is no dedicated lift for trolley, thus it takes longer.

Everything is excellent except the food spread for breakfast.
We stayed here 2 years ago and the food is still the same.
Its best if the hotel can improve on that.
