This hotel is below my expection, the amenities look old, the lighting is low, i book king size bed but they give two single bed and then they combined it to make it king size bed, as replacement they give me haram view instead of city view that i book.thanks

Enjoyed everything, well maintained and clean hotel with friendly staff and helpful workers especially at the breakfast on M1. The location was very near to the haram and I enjoyed being near to all the shops and food courts.

They say that this is a “5 star” hotel but their only talking about the location. The room itself had poor quality. It was very cramped, the walls were very thin and hollow, and the bathroom kept leaking water.
