We were traveling for Umrah so we had to frequent Haram quite often. Although a bit far from Haram but the hotel shuttle is very well managed and frequent. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel.

There is a shuttle bus to and from Haram every hour. I was able to relieve the fatigue of my long trip with a massage chair in the lobby.

I stayed at Novotel Makkah and overall everything was excellent. The only downside is the distance from Masjidil Haram, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus service. However, it’s important to note that the bus should always be on standby at least 30 minutes before prayer time and depart no later than 20 minutes before the adhan.

Hotel is clean service is good  stuff is good ,
but location is very bad now. Specially in summertime, if you have family or if you no need to lose your pray in  haram , I am no support people booking . Easy lost time

Honestly speaking it an excellent location. Peaceful and calm.
Check in very speedy. Front desk very corporative.
Overall 09/10.

Hotel was super good but location far away from haram
shuttle bus service very bad drop off and pickup from haram far away like have to walk 15 minutes most of the time no shuttle bus and we have to take taxi

Need to improve room service response to guest calls. Also the food in Tower 2 restaurant was not good for value and must be improved.
