this hotel was conveniently located next to masjid alharam & clock towerand easily found. the rooms were large, comfortable & well-equipped with necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful & we appreciated the late check-out. The rooms were clean, very comfortable & the lift was super fast. the food for breakfast so yummy with arabic etc dishes. we're very happy with our stay for long hajj & umrah season & highly recommend this hotel for anyone

One thing to note, though, is that the furniture in the room didn’t quite match the photos online. It looked a bit older and more worn than expected. While this didn’t significantly affect my comfort, it was a bit disappointing given the presentation on the website. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness, and great location. Just keep in mind that the room decor may not be exactly as pictured.

Best of the best. Value for money. The Kaabah view was extremely priceless. Beyond!! Buffet Breakfast was served well with plenty of delicious food. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located within king abdulaziz WAQF, Makkah clock towers. Its few meters from the holy mosque There is public transportation at the basement Hotel staff we very friendly and ready to help with a big smile on their faces. I enjoyed an early check in (which was rejected via the app ) prize still above average since its a 5 star hotel and located just few meters away from Almasij alharam

Services were good. Receptionist can speak English. Location is excellent, just few steps to Haram. Breakfast buffet was excellent

Everything was good, albeit the toilet in my room was broken but the staff fixed it in a good way. The location is totally great, only around 7 minutes by walk to Haram which made me never miss my praying time there.

The hotel is close to the Haram, located on Ibrahim Al-Khalil Street. The rooms need more attention, and the furnishings could use an update.

Arrived 4.30am, excellent staff at check-in gave us our room immediately. Clean spacious room. Excellent housekeeping.Room was near the lift with easy access. Will definitely return when we come back to Makkah.”
