Nice and spacious room. Breakfast spread quite limited for this 5 star hotel. One of the staff didn't alert surrounding area (breakfast) to collect the empty plates and bowls on the table until have to call her to do so. Car park fee should be waved off for hotel guests! Location wise is good and walkable to shopping mall and Jongker Walk.

Found cockroach crawling on the carpet. Makes me wonder how long since it was deep cleaned. But room was huge with 2 TV. If u like the surrounding malls, then this is a good place. Breakfast was just average imo.

Overall experience was good the check in and check out process was fast and efficient. But the only complain that i facing was toilet sink was practically stuck or slow flowing, after every use it take 10 to 15 minute to clear off.

Delicious breakfast lots of variety . However room given 1208 has basin bottom
Trap leakage issue. Even I called maintenance to service it but still leaks. I have to use dustbin to collect the dripping water . Windows has no view very disappointed as it was blocked by swimming pool wall . Swimming is small , gum is ok

- clean and big hotel
- friendly staffs
- stayed in a junior suite. Toiletries provided.
- there is a rooftop bar
- gym with sufficient variety of machines
- nice pool to watch the sunset
- location is good as has 3 malls right beside the hotel
- 7/11 right below the hotel, next to the lobby
- good dimsum right beside the hotel (he feng kitchen)

Hatten is a good place. The services are top notched and the room is clean! It's just a few minutes away from Jonker street with lots of shopping mall and food around! You'll never feel bored seriously!

Every member of the service staff I encountered was excellent, which made my stay enjoyable. Location was great, walkable to Jonker street and malls. In general, the cleanliness of the room was good, however, it could be improved around the nooks, corners, and hinges.

Check in was a breeze and what we like is the location to the coach pick up and shopping mall. Also, the breakfast buffet met our standards. Will return again.

We stayed at Hatten Hotel in Malacca and found it super convenient—right in the middle of everything, from shopping malls to historical spots. Our room was spacious and comfy, with great views over the harbour . The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, and the rooftop bar was a real highlight—fabulous city views at sunset to end the day and great views at night. We found the staff and service very responsive. Great spot for a short city break and good value for money.
