My stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of magical. The resort perfectly blends luxury and tranquility, offering breathtaking ocean views and a serene atmosphere. The private crystal-clear beach felt like a hidden paradise, and the personal jacuzzi in my suite with its ocean view was the ultimate indulgence. The staff was incredibly attentive, with 24-hour butler service ensuring every need was met effortlessly. Whether relaxing by the infinity pool or exploring the lush surroundings, every moment was pure bliss. Truly a hidden gem in Lombok!

This resort is a must visit. Serene, private with exceptional staff and facilities. Nothing was too much bother for any staff, always smiling and going out of their way to accommodate any request. Congratulations to Dewa and his food and beverage team, Reception staff, Spa staff, housekeeping, grounds and all staff associated with the resort. Luxurious rooms and amenities and located on an amazing beach with spectacular sunsets. Loved every minute of it.

The location is in the west of Lombok Island. A bit surprised when entering the access road is still a gravel road and the width of the road is small. As soon as we entered, the staff immediately greeted us, there were 4 staff in the lobby, one helped valet the vehicle, two helped lift the suitcase, the other was a receptionist who offered the check-in process. Check-in was offered a cold towel and welcome drink. Because there was sparkling wine, I chose sparkling wine. It was quite delicious. The room was ready. Our mountain suite type room was located on the 2nd floor, had to climb stairs. The room had a desk and work chair. A fairly large sofa bed, 200x200 bed with 4 pillows, 3 decorative pillows and 1 decorative bolster. The vibes were indeed adult honeymoon. On the balcony there is a day bed, jacuzzi, table and chairs to relax. It seems that the jacuzzi water is filled slowly. Complete glassware and others. There is also a coffee machine, tea using brew me, coffee using excelso capsule coffee. The bathroom is spacious, the shower is outdoor with a rain shower. There is no bathtub, there is only a jacuzzi on the outside balcony. There are two washbasins with purple LEDs, the toilet is separate from the shower. Complete amenities, soap and shampoo use dispensers but no brand. Because it is outdoor, it actually makes many animals enter the room if the shower door is not closed tightly. Even though it was closed, 2 flies entered, fortunately only in the bathroom and did not reach the room. Facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi in the swimming pool, gym, direct access to the beach, spa and garden, there are games for children but only one container near the swimming pool. That night we ordered Lombok seafood curry, the seafood was fresh, the curry was delicious. There are various menus for breakfast, but for the main course you can only order two menus per person. I chose fried noodles and secret avocado mashed. Juice and coffee are also limited to one per person. You can ask for more fruit and bread. It tastes very good, and the ingredients are of high quality. The bread is also delicious, the texture is good, the butter is good. The fried noodles are also fully with seafood, egg and meat.

Fantastic hospitality with great food! Quite new hotel and overall good standard on the facilities. Also nice long beach with friendly locals but overall nice a quiet. A good gym for the size of the hotel and good spa. The only thing to consider is that compared to other similar hotels excursions, spa and food is a bit higher priced but standard is also high. An extra warm thank you to Dewa Utama for everything! Overall strongly recommend
