I stayed for 4 nights at the resort and it was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to my every needs. I got the room with sunset view and despite the rainy season I was able to enjoy it. I love all the services available in the hotel (as mentioned on the website). I didn’t have to get out. I had a great spa treatment, the food at the resort was yummy as well as the cocktails. The resort can answer to your every needs. All the reviews were spot on. The chef even accommodated some changes I asked for. I should I have booked for a longer stay. The view is peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, the bed soft and I enjoyed sleeping in it. Love the bedside story and biscuits left every night. I like hearing the sound of the waves, I was at peace and got all the rest I needed during my stay. Thanks you so much for making my stay such amazing and wonderful moment.

What can we say about this resort? The first word that comes to mind is 'outstanding'. The location, right on the beach, is awesome. Staff are super friendly, efficient, and respectful. Breakfast had so many options, from Western to Indonesian favourites. Sunsets were mind-blowing. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge. Super comfortable bed and waking up to the sound of the waves lapping on the beach each morning truly had us in relaxed holiday mode every day. If you are after a relaxing, quiet location with excellent amenities, this is the place for you. If you are after some local food, head 5mins south down the beach to Warung K or Verve Beach Club.

Rooms were clean and neat.All services were super good. People were very nice and friendly wherever we went. In particular, as my wife was sick, we asked the reception to allow us to check out later as our flight was after 6pm so that we could have a rest before leaving. As we failed, and about to leave, we met Budi, a handsome young man. After hearing our situation, he helped arrange another room for us immediately. Thus my wife did have a good rest and recovered a lot. We wanted to say a big Thank-you to Budi before we left, unfortunately he was busy at that time. We want to leave a message here to express our appreciation. Thank you Budi!

Its a very good hotel with good services, they even gave me a free upgrade, but the hotel is just old i guess, cleanliness is not so up to standards, my skin felt immediate sticky after sitting and lying on the bedsheet( i just showered). And i believe that i got bed bugs from this hotel. Amenities in the room wise are also so old that everything got so rusty. Overall services was excellent, but might not come back again

The resort was pure luxury after island life! The hotel room was stunning and spotless, and it was wonderful to sleep in clean sheets. The open-air bathroom was amazing! I enjoyed the pool area and its views towards the sea. I had delicious meals at the restaurant while gazing at the ocean and listening to its soothing sounds. So relaxing! I also tried the hotel spa, and the massage was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I only stayed for one night, so I can’t comment on the location. 10/10.

Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.  The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).  The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.  Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast) All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok.

This hotel was booked on the same day and I am very satisfied. The advantage is high cost performance and warm service. On Senggigi Beach, just one hotel away from Quincy. The layout design is small and exquisite, and watching the sunset in the restaurant is also beautiful. The disadvantage is that the swimming pool is a bit small, there is no beach outside, it is a reef, but it should be possible to go down from the edge to the beach of other hotels, and you can also walk.

Hands down the best stay of our honeymoon trip in lombok. The view and vibes here are astonishing. With the mix of hills and ocean view, a perfect spot for sunset seekers. The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. The bed was big and soft to the skin which led us to sleep peacefully. Bathroom was the main focus for me, experience the joy of soaking yourself and spouse in the large bathtub with a great view of the beautiful lombok. 10/10 would stay again.

A very good hotel to try. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and had a delicious welcome drink. The overall design of the hotel is very close to nature, but still very comfortable. The central restaurant and bar has many surprises. I had delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner. It is not completely Western food. Some local dishes can also be tried, which should be suitable for Chinese stomachs. There seems to be a band on weekend nights. Suitable for family outings. The beach is completely private, and there is also a small artificial beach for children to play 😀
