Great location, clean room, private bath tub in premier room, friendly staffs, free vallet parking, lots of children attraction in weekend
But sadly no smoking center /clear restrictions (dining room & lobby), its bit disturbing to bring children
Bad experience also when borrowing towel from swimming pool, the staff warn us not to bring the towel back to room, which is very unpleasant (cold and wet)

One of the best hotels in batu, great service, good breakfast spread and spacious room
Room slightly on the dark side, some rooms being renovated.
Overall a good stay. This is my second stay

Nice hotels, but the toilet smells the unit seldom to have guests who stay in
We sleep in #624 and it is the corner room
Not so quiet because you can hear the voices of mosque (it is quite loud)
The service is BEST
They can deliver your room dining just in about 30 minutes
And polilte staffs, especially on breakfast time.
Super complete breakfast
And i can say the breakfast is huge
The hotel is so BIG, you can swim, play golf, basket, tennis, spa
The lobby is amazing too.

The room is big
but the hotel is actually quite old but its clean so its good
location is in the crowded area dont expect to get good view like you were in the hills

We stay in a pool acces room, its awesome.. the minus side is, you cant order food from outside the hotel, or you have too pick it up in front off the hotel gate
