The staff were very polite and eager to offer assistance. Location of hotel was near to restaurants. Breakfast was very delicious and the variety of food was excellent. Staff was kind to pack for us breakfast on our 1st day as we need to leave early for the Bromo sunrise tour. Will definitely recommend this hotel for their excellent service.

This is the 2nd time we stay here, and always live the rooftop pool, when the sky is clear like sunrise n sunset, we can enjoy the view of mountain surrounding like Arjuna, Kawi, or even Semeru

this is actually my second time staying at morina smart hotel. the first time everything was good, but this time the shower kit was not there, the toilet kran was dead cannot be used. the rest is still the same, the order was comfortable

The hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station. The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.

Recommended.. The TV is a bit difficult to operate, so you have to call the staff to fix it. The front office is friendly. There is free bread from morning to night to keep you from getting hungry. There are lots of mosquitoes. Because the glass window is open so the mosquitoes feel at home in the room.. Please pay attention to this and another thing. The bed needs to be renovated because SDH is starting to become uncomfortable for sleeping

*************. There are several mosques around the hotel. Clean hotel, all staff are always friendly, spacious & excellent parking area. Breakfast is delicious. To the north there is a rabbit alley that leads to Bakso President behind the hotel.

The hotel location was superb! There were some spaces for improvements such as breakfast menu options and variations. The taste was decent but relatively not enough for 4 stars rated hotel.
