Lovely apartment. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite, one double bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the lounge, for 9 nights. Very clean and modern. Lovely patio and hot tub. Staff very friendly and helpful. Arranged a mattress topper for the sofa bed as one of them was very hard. Some nice restaurants, beach and supermarket within walking distance. We hired a car as not much to do in amarouda itself. Good car parking facilities. We used the Georgia garden hotel pool facilities on our last day. This was a lovely pool area. Very relaxed. Would highly recommend

Everyting is perfect except Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was already filled with water. We did not use it, as we assumed the water had been used by previous guests, which did not seem very hygienic. Additionally, the surrounding area was quite messy, and the jacuzzi appeared to be malfunctioning.

It was a fantastic stay!
Pros:-
- The property is new and stylish.
- Staffs are friendly and helpful, particularly Olga. Thanks to her and other staffs.
- I had a rental car and the property offers free parking.
- The mini market is only 2 mins walk from the hotel.
- The Jacuzzi was another enjoyable feature!
Cons:-
None.

Lovely new hotel and rooms. Liked that the room had it's own small kitchen facilities and fridge. The hot tub was nice, we had 2 separate balconies and our hot tub felt quite private. No pool or breakfast/bar, but with kitchen and local shops not an issue for us. The sea view was distant and just glimpsed between other buildings. It's a really nice relaxing place and quality hotel, it is opposite a 'love' shop, but don't let that put you off. Really close to the beach, shops and a great restaurant. Really easy to get the bus into Heraklion too which took about 20 mins.

Κλείσαμε το δωμάτιο για 1 βραδυ με την κοπέλα μου για να γιορτάσουμε την επέτειο μας και η συνολική εικόνα δεν ήταν αυτό που περιμέναμε με αποτέλεσμα να μας χαλάσει εκείνη την μέρα . Ο χώρος αισθητικά όμορφος και μοντερνος παρόλα αυτά από θέμα καθαριότητας ήταν πολύ κάτω του μετρίου καθώς είχε λερωμένα τζάμια και στο μπάνιο αλλά και στο μπαλκόνι,τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια ήταν μέσα στην σκόνη αλλά το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν το τζακούζι τους όπου άγγιζε τα όρια της επικυνδινοτητας στο θέμα βρωμιας, εξωτερικά ήταν ανοικτό από το πλάι πράγμα που το καθιστά επικυνδινο για ηλεκτροπληξία επισης έκανε έναν ενοχλητικό θόρυβο όλη την ώρα χωρίς Να υπάρχει κουμπί για να το απενεργοποιήσουμε. Υπήρχε παρά πολύ έντονη δυσοσμία και το νερό ήταν υπερβολικά βρώμικο αφού στα τοιχώματα υπήρχε μια καφέ γλίτσα ενώ το νερό άφριζε με αποτέλεσμα μια πολύ κακή εικόνα που σίγουρα δεν θα ήθελε κάποιος να μπει ,το μόνο σίγουρο ότι είχε να καθαριστεί πολύ καιρό. Τα 2 αστέρια είναι καθαρά και μόνο για την αισθητική.

Ηταν όλα υπέροχα! Καθαρό μοντερνο και προσεγμένο σε όλα. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ίσως είναι, που δεν έχει ανσασερ και αναγκάζεσαι να ανεβάζεις τις βαλίτσες σου 3 ορόφους από τις σκάλες. Τα κορίτσια στην ρεσεψιόν όμως ήταν πάντα προθυμες να βοηθήσουν. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα! Θα ξανά έρθουμε σίγουρα
