Seaside A Lifestyle Resort - Adults Only

What a lovely 10 nights, a lifestyle resort! Need a break? This is the place to go, the scenery and food is outstanding, standard room was perfect to watch the sunrise and offers beautiful scenery of the scenic beach with crystal clear waters and welcoming bars and shops. But the entertainment is basic pub stuff apart from the Cuban night, the al a carte restaurants are amazing! The staff are amazing friendly and the spa is fantastic, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here, hopefully during the next stay the experience is the same, Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality.

We have just returned from an excellent stay at the Seaside resort in Crete. We stayed in a cape suite(509) which had a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea. The hotel itself was of a very high standard with many very helpful staff especially the reception staff who made our stay extra special. The food at the hotel was very good with loads of choice of dishes, in fact the main restaurant was so good we elected not to try out the numerous a la carte restaurants on offer. A choice of free wine bottles were also offered with meals. The All inclusive drinks at the pool were great as was the crepes and waffles served throughout the day. WIFI signal was very good so it was easy to stream movies on my laptop & I phone. We shall definitely return in the autumn

Everything about this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The Staff, the food, the amenities, the location, the cleanliness and the views! We stayed as a Family of four in a two bedroom suite which has a large private pool. The views were incredible and the suite very private. There are a couple of pool bars on the resort centrally located, so wherever you are staying on the resort there is one nearby. Drinks and snacks, fresh sandwiches etc are available all day. The pool bar is then lovely to sit in overlooking the sea/beach on an evening. The choice of food in the main restaurant was brilliant; definitely something for everyone. We stayed all inclusive and definitely value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel; we will definitely be returning!

This resort was the most relaxing, family orientated, excellent staff, singing waitresses experience we’ve ever had. Just found the QR code on a leaflet we were given …. We’d love, live, love to go again and hope Stella the waitress is still there - she was the singer!!!!

Some positives, outweighed by some big negatives. From the perspective of two young people who booked last minute and stayed for a week On the plus side, the view was excellent, including from our room. The nearby pebbly beach was excellent for swimming. The staff were individually very helpful and attentive. The bar staff especially were genuinely friendly. The quality of inclusive drinks was very good, especially the pina coladas. On the negative side, the room's fixtures and fittings were slightly worn including a faulty tap. Overall, serviceable and the maisonette was pleasantly sized. One night's sleeping was spoiled by an unironically tasteless poolside disco whose noise was very loud and from which there was no escape (we were not asked if we wanted a quiet room). We were simply told the next day that it wouldn't happen again! The cleanliness of the room was good but spoiled by two instantly noticeable and unpleasant stains on the sofa. The eye for detail was poor considering this is branded as a 5 star hotel. The buffet food was very varied but of average quality. Typical fare designed to please all pallets but did not excel anywhere. The a la carte restaurants are not worth paying for as they clearly use the same ingredients as the free buffet. Stick to the "live" cooking stations. The worst part was the unchecked behaviour of several groups of guests (despite complaints by multiple guests) including open smoking of ***** on the sun loungers on multiple days. Also, loud speakers brought to the relaxation area by other guests despite most guests being visibly annoyed and mentioning it to the apparently powerless staff. Overall a pleasant holiday slightly spoiled because of a couple of glaring problems caused by resort management. Although we enjoyed ourselves, I think there are better options in the area. We will not be returning.

The management of the hotel forced us to move from our sea view room within 24 hours of our arrival. They stated at our check in we were to be ‘upgraded’, this is not something we wanted or needed. We selected, booked and paid for a sea view room. The room manager was rude, unprofessional and whilst we requested to remain in our original room he ignored us and refused our purchase of a sea view room. We have ended up now having a view that is blocked by our original room and has little view at all. To complement this we have industrial air conditioning units keeping us awake at night. AVOID this hotel as you will be treated with great disrespect and once they have your money and booking you are insignificant to them. Sea view rooms are simply available in the quantities purchased. The hotel restaurant staff are lovely, the food is good, pool areas are crowded and small. There is no hotel beach available and there a great deal of steps to navigate around the hotel and rooms. Having travelled 3 times a year for many many years never have we been so badly treated and lost an entire days holiday to fight for a room. We lost our sea view room yet have paid for it but the management team will not explain why.

Treated like absolute royalty by every single member of staff, we were completely spoiled and catered to our every need. Rooms are spacious, housekeeping is immaculate. Golf carts transport you if you’re not feeling the walk to and from the resort, reception are only a WhatsApp away and never annoyed by constant questions - they were always genuinely happy to help. Our room overlooked the tennis court which was a great view every morning. Food was 5* plenty of selection both quantity and quality. Best dessert selection we have ever experienced. All bar staff are a pleasure and Pauly truly made our experience top tier. We can’t wait to come back for our anniversary. Book Sea Side ASAP - you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful location, wonderful aesthetic resort with amazing views. Staff could not have been any more pleasant, they were lovely. Food and drink choice is vast. We felt completely relaxed. Expansive resort footprint so beautiful to walk round of an evening, the sunsets were spectacular.
