As our 16 night stay comes to an end we would like to give a big thank you to all the staff at this fabulous hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. I have yet to meet a member of staff who isn't willing to give a smile or a 'jambo' to you as you pass and they go out of their way to look after the guests. If you want 5* luxury, this is not the hotel for you, but if you want quality food, excellent service and a beautiful setting then please do book to come here. Be minded that the rooms are functional if a little dated, the food can be repeatative if you are not adventurous. However you can order from the snack menu 12 through to 6, and eat in the pizza restaurant for variation. We cannot wait to come back.

Extremely courteous staff. I felt valued as a client. The reception team, especially, went beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable after we arrived earlier than the check-in time. My experience gave me the impression that the establishment has really invested in training their staff on customer service as every touchpoint gave me a standard and pleasant experience from their staff

All- inclusive Oceanside resort with a nice beach, sparkling, clean pools and buffet food service that offer surprisingly varied and tasty meals. Some alcoholic drinks also included. Great for families or couples. It’s easy to get a Tuktuk or Taxi to explore other parts of the region, but spending the day lazing by the pool or the ocean was a relaxing holiday. Good service, clean rooms, no complaints.

The hotel is only 3 stars but deserves more. I highly recommend the friendly staff at the hotel and the beach tour guys. They are well worth using and trusting. They organise really cool tours, look out for one guy called Sanga. For a few dollars they'll show you the animals that live on the reef at low tide, such as feeding moray eels, finding large snails and octopuses. Don't be afraid to talk to them and negotiate prices.

I love how family friendly the place is. The rooms are rustic, but they could improve on the hygiene of the washrooms, its smelt urine all the time even on arrival. The rooms are quite spacious, i loved the connecting rooms. The staff are super friendly. Asante sana

Haven’t been to turtle bay since 2003. Returned this year. Was so pleased to see familiar faces still working at the hotel. From the garden staff to the restaurant staff and the fun base team. Even Sabine was still there. Would like to thank Hamish, ratibou, masha, tosho, pascal, Alex, chef Isaac and his team of chefs with helping with my gluten intolerance. And can’t forget the fun base team ! Thanks to Goerge, boots, said, Peter, moha, shame I didn’t see cesar. Will definitely be back soon. Not forgetting mr harry, Tina and the team at the dive centre. Overall an average experience staying at this hotel Positives - Friendly welcoming staff - Quality of the food was very good - Pool areas are very nice Negatives - Rooms are very dated and need a refurb. - Not enough sockets points in the room.

Went to Turtle Bay for the first time in September for 2 weeks but it definitely will not be our last visit. We cannot rate this hotel high enough. The staff are superb and cannot do enough for you. Our cleaner was just great. Even the people that work on the beach are brilliant. We also went on safari to Tsavo East and stayed at Ashnil Aruba and all we can say is WOW 👌

We had a wonderful two-week holiday at TTBC, with two nights out in the middle to go on Safari in the Masai Mara. That was a simply amazing trip. The rest of our time was spent at the hotel, which we love. Our room was overlooking the Ocean, and we could hear the sound of the waves at night. The room itself was comfortable, with everything we needed, including a hairdryer and plenty of coathangers. There are mosquito nets to potect you at night, though I didn't see any mosquitoes in the bedroom. The bathroom is fine, with a bath, and a separate shower unit, and the water is always nice and hot. The staff in the hotel are simply fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and simply can't do enough for you. They make you feel very special, and it is they in turn who make the place so special. The food is delicious, with plenty of choice, and there is always an abundance of fresh tropicl fruit available. I ate well and felt very healthy! The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept, and the swimming pools are great. We used the Quiet Pool, and enjoyed the peace, and the view of the Ocean beyond. All in all we can't wait to go back, and thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.
