Overall a really good stay. Nice hotel, good location and really nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast and evening restaurant Really good location in relation to the slopes. Also try the hotel's sister restaurant Bulldog Lodge - despite being located a distance from the hotel, it has good food and atmosphere. Check out at 10 o’clock which is understandable. But was a little disappointed to have to pay for a towel for bathing on the day of departure when using the bath in the SPA.

We recently stayed at the Mountain Lodge Hotel in Stöten during the off-season, summer. This year marks their first summer opening. The hotel is beautifully built, with a unique atmosphere that reflects the owner's attention to detail and commitment to outstanding service. The room we stayed in was immaculate, decorated with wood and stone elements that made us feel connected to nature. It was equipped with a cabinet dryer, which would be incredibly useful for ski clothes in the winter. The relaxing area, although available at an additional cost, featured a spacious sauna and a warm outdoor pool. While the pool is perfect for winter relaxation, we felt that the temperature should be reduced during the summer months. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, where we enjoyed a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we look forward to returning, perhaps during the ski season to fully appreciate all the amenities.

Wow, what a truly fantastic visit at Mountain Lodge! A warm, friendly and cozy destination, with very nice staff who you can tell enjoy working there and together. A special thanks to Wilma and Alex (restaurant) who made us feel welcome, got to know us, and really put Mountain Lodge over the top. Specifically for the hotel, it has everything you need, great rooms and the location is perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the more crowded areas and ski lifts. Tip - visit one of their restaurants during the day to avoid all the crowds. We'll be back! Thanks!

Terrible service and none of the staff speak Swedish. If you put a "do not disturb" sign up, they will just walk in to your hotel room anyway. Very expensive restaurant and poor quality. This is run like a factory.

Sometimes you come across a place that's so nice you want to move in. Mountain Lodge is such a place! Spacious, clean and top modern rooms with every possible facility related to skiing. Great restaurants with good food and fair prices. The breakfast buffet was spot on with all the choices you'd expect. The staff is friendly, smiling and delivers a great service. Given the chance we wil definitely come back.

Very friendly and service minded staff. Nice and clean rooms. Not so good: Breakfast includes scramble eggs made from bottled egg mass, boiled eggs, soft and hard, are served cold. Juice are not from concentrate not freshly pressed. Apart from above, all good and comprehensive breakfast buffet.

We are Dutch and we can read and understand Swedish, but writing is somewhat too difficult. Therefore we will give our comments in English. We had a fantastic week in a beautiful house at Mountain Village. People at the reception of Mountain Lodge were very friendly and helpfull!
