My husband treated me for one night here while the UK Malvern Quilt Show was on in the show grounds. It is a superb place with a really good menu choice, beautiful room with large and lovely bathroom, and friendly staff. It is situated in a useful position for visiting the glorious hills around here.

Nice location, good parking, friendly & helpful staff. Our double room was lovely and the bathroom was to a good standard. There is no lift - so if you're struggling to walk this maybe an issue. Toiletries were ok but no hair conditioner - small bottle would have been useful. Restaurant was pleasant and food was enjoyable - would want a table in the restaurant with views next time. Wines by the glass were typical pub quality and not great - when by the bottle there was more choice. Best breakfast we had on our travels all week - coffee could be stronger (was a bit like hot dishwater). Buffet breakfast choice was a bit below what we were expecting but hot food was excellent with good choices. Would stay and eat there again.

After walking up the hill we decided on the convenience of having lunch here. Due to the tourism around the area, admitting we weren't expecting much heading to the Malvern Hills Hotel for lunch. We were welcomed by the super friendly manager. Food came out quickly. Plenty of it to fill us after our hike. Pricing - I understand where people say it's 'expensive', but we were happy with the food plus service and felt like this was represented at that price. Good proper pub grub with plenty to choose from.

Very clean, luxurious room on 2nd floor with stunning views. Great freshly cooked breakfast. Food in bar excellent with wide range of meals and snacks. All the staff were amazing, friendly and efficient. Superb location for walking, with several walks starting from the hotel. Will definitely return.

The location is great and we have eaten here before. However the food prices are high and this is not reflected in the quality of the food which is at best average. A chichen satay starter fro £12, contained 6 tiny dried out tiny pieces of chicken on a skewer and a tiny salad for effect. The mains were no better, and out of four meals, three were poor and not completed. I don't know if it's just me, but when I pay £80 for two starters and mains and a drink( no pudding) I really do expect better

A top-class hotel, top-class food, and top-class staff from the people who work in the kitchen to the people who serve the meals and drinks, to the people who clean the rooms were all friendly and happy in their work—I think that says it all. Excellent, thank you.

Came here for food with the family. Was told no pushchairs inside at all. Fine, we left it outside and requested a high chair and was told they were all in use, asked again and still wasn't allowed to bring in the pushchair in meaning there was no where for our daughter to sit. We left.

Frequent visitor but not again. Totally overpriced yourself now for food and drink. Visited during a cold spell - no heating on. Over run by staff who just stare at you - probably hoping you’re going to give an order for an overpriced meal ! What a shame ……
