Initially, I canceled my reservation at Hotel Voila Mamaia due to the negative reviews I read, but after much consideration, I decided to give it a chance. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the ladies at the reception, who were extremely kind and understanding. They told me that if I encountered any inconvenience, not to hesitate to inform them, as they would do their best to resolve any issues. I got the room I wanted, and overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, there is a negative aspect to mention: cleanliness. Although the hotel is not perfectly clean, it can't be said to be unkept either; I would say it's acceptable. I was surprised by the large number of guests staying despite the less favorable reviews. The room was in decent condition, but it could have used an extra vacuuming and dusting off the TV. The bathroom was mostly clean, with a spotless toilet and sink, but I recommend wearing flip-flops in the shower - although that should be a common practice anywhere to prevent any issues.
