The Holiday Heights Manali

I visited ***ali in January and out of hundreds of options in ***ali, I selected Holiday heights for my stay seeing the view but it was much more than that-. 1. Service was top notch. Better than any 5 stars I'd ever been to. Small things matter to me and below were my observations- -Each staff member behaved in a pleasant and thoughtful ***ner. -I simply asked for glasses, looking at the time, they asked me which glasses- Wine/Whiskey -They were caring enough to call & ask if I had had dinner or should they make something when I came in late from out. -They were super quick at providing everything we requested for- whether it was a food order or some small thing that we asked for -Their attention to guests' needs is unbelievable. -Quick room cleaning -No unnecessary disturbance. No noise in the lobby. -The checkout bill was ready without asking. Usually, I've always have had to wait at the reception while checking out/tell them half an hour in advance to prepare it. 2. About the hotel- Big rooms with a mesmerizing view of the valley and the mountains. Clean & Cozy. 3. They don't tell you about the best feature of the rooms on booking websites which is heated beds. You do not need a heater when you have this. At no extra cost. 4. Hygienic & Delicious Food. Few things that were a bit inconvenient- 1. Location is 3-4km uphill from mall road. You do need a car/cab to reach and to go out/come back here. Cabs take Rs 300 one side. 2. Another thing I'd like to add here as I found it to be a bit odd considering their service is that the bathroom floor is very slippery. I hope they can change that or add longer bath mat. I never felt it was only a commercial transaction for them during my stay here. My stay was made special with their superb food & especially their service. And this kind of view at this price is a steal. All in all this is the place to be in ***ali if you're looking to have a good time.

My stay at Holiday Heights & Spa was truly rejuvenating. The serene ambiance, attentive staff, and top-notch spa facilities created a tranquil haven. The picturesque surroundings and thoughtful amenities made it an ideal retreat for relaxation and indulgence. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful escape.

Hotel is mind-blowing. Though It is on some height, but the view from hotel is mesmerizing, specially in the dawn. Food buffet is pretty good enough. Rooms are spacious and utmost clean. I stayed in the garden attached room, the balcony rooms are also available which are rather amazing as well. Hotel staff is well trained and experienced some good hospitality.

5 star customer service. - We had reached a bit early so they let us have an early checkin. - The view from the room was amazing. - The beds have heathers in them, very comfortable. - Great breakfast

A week back I visited Himachal and was at 3 nights in ***ali. After have average experience in other hotels at ***ali on the 3rd night I decided to stay at Holiday Heights & Spa ***** with wife and 2 kids aged 3 & 4 years. This turned out to the best ever decision for us. It was an excellent stay right from the courteous who welcome us with a welcome drink and ensured our comfort for the entire stay. Rooms and bathrooms were spick and span. To our surprise we got a family room which was connected (pictures added) and had 2 single beds extra. Temperature was 2 degrees and to beat that hotel beds had heat function which was a cherry on the cake. And the best part? The cost was extremely affordable!!! The restaurant food was delicious although the service needs a bit of upliftment but the staff was humble. View from the restaurant was breathtaking! All in all a 4.9 out of 5. So if you're thinking to visit ***ali do consider this gem of a place for stay!!!

View from the balcony is great of whole ***ali valley, rooms are well maintained and clean and very polite service. Away from the hustle of Old ***ali , great hotel.

We visited ***ali in April 2024.It was wonderful stay at this property. Food is very good and they provide very nice Jain food .Staff is also very nice specially restaurant staff who make sure you get proper Jain food.This property is far from market area but view from room is very beautiful.

The room was awesome…The best part was the view from our room…That was majestic.The Hotel food was also nice…Good stay over all…

During my stay at this hotel, I was captivated by the stunning vistas of the beautiful valleys and snow-covered peaks right from my window. The bed was not just comfortable but had heaters, making chilly nights incredibly cozy. The room's lighting created such a positive vibe, and I loved spending time in the well-equipped recreational room. There were so ***y things to explore within the hotel itself, ensuring I was never bored. What impressed me the most was the quick and efficient room service; they were always just a call away. It was truly a memorable and fulfilling stay!
