The best hotel ever, we had a very special experience in the hotel, we did business meeting The meeting room is so big, all facilities are there New and easy to use ( screen, power supply) the view of the meeting room was amazing to the pool The food was amazing , varied and fresh items ( salads, main course, soups, appetizers.. etc.) The dessert is super amazing , the chief is creative. Rooms are so special and the view is very nice , service is fast and the team are very friendly and helpful The swimming pool is clean and its infinite pool design which makes you feel like you are in the sea The best experience ever and I would recommend you to visit this hotel.

Really good service, Hazem is very nice and helpful and super speedy with the in room service and gets everything correct and perfect super accommodating. Makes sure we have everything we need and always asks if we need any extras. Couldn’t be more happy.

1- Some people drink alcohol near the swimming pool, and it is claimed that it is an Islamic hotel, and it is forbidden, and it is all filled with young boys in straws. 2- The call to prayer, the call to prayer, while the songs were playing and no one was thinking (I let a poor worker write down the songs) 3- The foreign girls were wearing two pieces and it was a very strange sight 4- I received the bags for half an hour. I received them from check in and visited their father and Etisalat. After that, I went to get them and found them towards the turnips 5- If you want to ask, there is no one sitting at the desk to ask and the receptionist takes you without any assistance. 6- I forgot my daughter’s bottle on the table, and the day I went to ask them, did they put a bottle of water in it, and no one knew what happened to it? He came back to me after a quarter of an hour and said, “Oh, you put it in the safe deposit boxes, but the safe deposit box has left it.” I had a quarter of an hour to wait, “The water bottle has malfunctioned, the aluminum is not safe,” and the bottle has a name written on it. My daughter and her photo, and they gave me nothing but the CPR, photo of the card, and signature. It was a complicated procedure, and there was a delay in it. 7- Yesterday, they let them play in the kids club without socks, and the second day they said that socks are required (the law applies at all times, not according to the mood of the employees), and the day we told them that there is nothing wrong with them (socks), an employee who works there of Arab nationality said, “The family that comes here is without socks,” and her voice was loud. Her tone was loud, and the thing happened in front of the security guard, but he did not take any action. We paid 4 dinars for the socks for the children to play. 8- 8- Of course, I did not let the matter go easily, and when I returned to her and I was angry because of her behavior, she provoked me and I said to her, “How do you talk to the customer in this way?” Her response was such a loud tone, and she did not look at me at all and used the phone (chatting, not calling) as well as my security without any behavior, standing and fetishizing, so the hotel felt like a forest and she had to take it. You have the right to yourself, and I raised my voice at her and she responded to me by shouting as well, so I lost control and insulted her and insulted her, and she was also raising her voice at the same time.

The best breakfast buffet I had today at ONYX by Rotana , I am staying in 2702 the room is also so amazing and the team was very nice specially thanks to Ms. Monika who served us very welcoming , she is a real meaning and f assets for the hotel and her team was also so nice so helpful very familiar. Thank you Monika for making our day special

The Breakfast was good but not what we expected, I think it is possible to improve the preparation of Arabic dishes In particular, the shakshuka and fava beans. I liked the variety of cheeses The juices were fresh, special thanks to monica. O

The hotel location is amazing....near to anywhere you want to go & no traffic at that area. Lots of restaurants & Malls around you. There is valiet parking for free. The swimming pool is just amazing but i hope that it was heated. The room view is amazing looking to the bay. It's brand new hotel....hopefully it continue to be clean. Just small notice about the smell.....till you pass the reception the smell is amazing but after that it's awuful smell...but maybd coz it's new. I will return & recommended my friend to book here. All staff were very friendly. Regards

A great thanks to mister Hatem for his professionalism he explained everything about the hotel while giving us a show around , starting from the room suggesting for us all the facilities and the timing it was so great introducing the stuff to me as well , he made me very excited about everything . honestly a 5 star hotel with a 5 star service thanks to Rotana for keeping up the good work .

It's one of my best stays ever. Despite the fact that the hotel is going through soft opening, my experience was exceptional. The hotel rooms and facility are excellent. The best thing is that the team,which is led by the reservation and customer service team. Special thanks to Mr Ali gamer, Miss Afrah, and the reception team.
