The master with in-suite bathroom has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and the fourth bedroom two single size beds. There are 2 ½ bathrooms. Rates shown are base rents that include utilities and wifi. Additional fees include a $250 departure cleaning fee and Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee. Pool can be heated for an additional fee. There is also 12% tourist and state tax. There are outside cameras for security reasons only and will be turned off while tenants are renting.
