Utku is absolutely amazing. So funny and so polite and the whole team for entertainment are fabulous. They are genuinly what makes the hotel and Utku is just a wonderful person.

We just come here for 1 weeks. Hotel atmosphere was very welcoming and lovely. Whether was really really great and hot. I guess in this hotel the most important thing is entertainment crew they are always so active and enthusiastic. In a day we found lots of different activities for adults and kids. Every evening in their stage they have great shows and music band nights. Also we never forget pool night party. It was the greatest night in our vacation.

Very good hotel. Service is top. The people are very friendly. The owner of the hotel walks around and is available for all kinds of questions or request. The food and a la carte restaurant is delicious!

We just come here with my whole family. We loved the place so much- really really we lived amazing vacation in there- they had brilliant entertainment crew and they are doing a great job- we joined all of their daily activities and night programmes-

I would rate this hotel as a solid 4-star property. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping service. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, especially considering their long working hours. However, there are several downsides that made the experience less enjoyable. The coffee – all types – is simply terrible. The only draft beer available is the local Efes, which is so watered down it’s almost undrinkable. There is a decent selection of cocktails, but the quality varies significantly from bar to bar. At the beach bar, only beer and wine are available – and honestly, who wants wine in 35°C heat? Another disappointing aspect is the shuttle service from the beach to the hotel, which ends at 6:30 PM – right when the beach atmosphere becomes most enjoyable.One of the drivers drove so carelessly that the passengers felt unsafe, making the trips to the beach or hotel unpleasant on multiple occasions. During breakfast and dinner, the restaurant is extremely crowded. Guests often have to wait for a free table, which is far from a relaxing dining experience. For families with children, the poolside water entertainment is very limited – only from 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00. This feels insufficient and quite disappointing.

10 days at the moon palace. 4 days in and I had to review the entertainment here. The staff are amazing so attentive. Uku is a legend. Makes sure not only that guests are entertained but that they also mingle.

Had a great time at moon palace, clean friendly staff, great selection of food and great entertainment whey night would definitely come back. The whole family have had great time.
