The hotel I always stay in. Everything is great. Ms. Yasemin and Çolpan at the reception are very attentive. Also bartenders Ahmet and Mustafa are wonderful people. You can choose without hesitation

The hotel was above our expectations. I would especially like to thank Ms. Miray, one of the hotel staff. We used everything except the slide, ***et was successful. The food was delicious. (I think the slides appealed more to children)
A very crowded hotel. Eating and drinking never ends, it is a constant activity. Our friend Aylin and Alper took great care of us in the animation, and I would like to thank them as well.

The Service is unbelievable, probably why i gave 5 stars, also its a very clean hotel very quite and friendly, the Hotel has delicious food, breakfast lunch and dinner i advise you Try the Desserts in the dessert Room! Rooms were clean walls are soundproof pool was fun and big, and not to mention the amenities are incredible, Spa and sauna, The beachclub that it has the parties at night and in the morning the beach side is amazing, constant drinks coctails and snacks and the sand is very clean its at a prime location

Overall experience of the hotel was really good. Amazing food, good service, the people had a good energy. We met all kinds of people. There was a different event every single day, this kept the guests very engaged. The only thing i can say is that the hotel needs a renovation. Very good overall

We had so much fun that we wished we had stayed longer. The staff were very nice and polite. The entertainment team was amazing. Fun events everyday. Incredible food, so much variety. The manager of the hotel Eralp bey was an angel. Definitely would recommend.

Dear Premium family, I discovered the hotel thanks to the precious golden boy Muhammed Üçdağ. Muhammed is a very knowledgeable and very fast person. Thank you for everything. He speaks English, German, Russian and a little Bulgarian and Polish languages. Alendra Albardó, thank you very much for the special services. The reception by the receptionist and bellboy was very warm and efficient – we arrived after midnight. Room 2406, which we were assigned, was fantastic. The cleaning staff were excellent. I must point out that some people write that there's mold in the bathrooms. They're wrong, because it's limescale, which is normal in this climate. A big compliment to the chefs – the meals are excellent and very varied. The waiters are helpful and friendly. At the coffee bar, a big shout-out to Hatice – she's amazing. I must also mention Mr. Husayn, who provided us with royal service and an incredibly delicious meal in the à la carte restaurant. Overall, a truly fantastic place and stay. In writing this review, I hope the owner and hotel management also appreciate the employees mentioned above. These people are the foundation of this place and truly deserve recognition. I will return to Side Premium if these employees remain.

Perfect in every way from the moment we arrived. The most impressive thing during the stay were the staff, absolutely everyone was polite, helpful and positive. Nothing was too much bother for anyone at all. From the lovely hello from the groundsman watering the plants, the guys keeping the beach and grounds tidy, housekeeping, reception, the activity team but mostly the waiting staff and kitchen. The room was perfect, great air-con, mini bar, lovely and clean. The hotel is so friendly, the pool, the bars, the beach is spotless. The food choice is amazing, I’m a very fussy eater and was surprised at the huge selection. Ice creams, cakes …. I’m a grumpy old man that usually complains about everything, I had nothing to complain about at all. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. Many thanks again to the fantastic team off staff for making out holiday so special.
