Seaden Quality Resort & Spa Ultra All Inclusive

This was supposed to be a premium, relaxing 5-star holiday. What we got instead was an overpriced circus. The Seaden Quality Resort and Spa, booked through Jet2, was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. Mis-sold, badly managed, and crawling with behaviour you expect off a council estate— this place is the definition of a “never again” experience. The so-called “All Inclusive Plus” is a con. Only cheap local drinks are included; anything decent costs extra. Staff are rude, disinterested, and barely lift a finger. Tables left dirty, cutlery thrown at you, no service to speak of. The cleanliness was appalling — overflowing bins, filthy toilets, and pool areas that reeked of stale beer by midday. Zero recycling despite apparently being sustainable. But the biggest problem? The behaviour. Every day felt like a stag weekend gone wrong. Drunken shouting, arguments, people blasting music from speakers, throwing drinks, and generally behaving like ******. There were even physical fights by the pool while staff stood around doing nothing. The hotel had zero control — it felt unsafe and out of hand. Calling this a “family resort” is laughable. The environment itself was just as bad. It is not advertised properly. Broken and closed facilities, bars closed without notice, and non-stop loud “entertainment” going on until midnight every night. It was impossible to relax. Jet2 were no better. Messages were ignored, the rep didn’t show up when promised, and when we finally spoke to someone, every complaint was brushed off. No accountability, no care, no support. This place is not 5-star. It’s barely a 3 at best, and that’s being generous. The hotel is chaotic, dirty, and completely mis-sold. The atmosphere is aggressive, the service non-existent, and the customer care from Jet2 an absolute joke. Save yourself the money and the headache and go somewhere else — this resort is a disgrace, and all every holiday company who represents this should be ashamed to put their name to it

This hotel is perfect! Staff are 5 star - Food was incredible...Rooms immaculate. Spa was unreal! Hopefully returning soon.... every holiday will now compare to this! My only negative - please do some Entertainment in English.....

I had an amazing stay at the Seaden Quality Hotel! The food was absolutely delicious with so much variety — every meal felt like a treat. The hotel itself is spotless and well looked after, which really made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The entertainment was also fantastic — fun, engaging, and something to look forward to each day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday! Thanks to animator Dogan!!
