Lovely hotel, perfect location. Was fun trying to find the room as the numbers didn't go in order.. but it made us laugh. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing would go again

Room is very clean with complete amneties. Very good location, just walking distance to nearby attractions, mall and tram stations as well. Wifi is good, bed and room is comfortable with kitchen and microwave. Great view, I've got the one looking at the Manchester Cathedral, absolutely love it. Just something to take note is that some rooms requires a small flight of stairs, so need to carry the luggage up/down. Something to note if you're with heavy luggages. But I managed anyway.

In the center of Manchester, shopping, dining, etc. are all just downstairs away. It's a short walk to Chinatown. There's a tram at the door, so it's convenient to go anywhere.

Great location Beds not comfy

On arrival, the room smelt like a take-away, so we were downgraded to another room. This room also smelt the same. It was an issue with their ventilation system. After being downgraded and offered no solution, I requested a refund. The member of staff on shift was extremely rude and asked ME to call his manager to see if he’d approve the refund because the manager was off all weekend. Handing me the phone and expecting me to resolve the situation is beyond comprehension.

The stay was really nice and comfortable, the room was clean, up to standards. I really enjoyed my time there.

Beautiful, historic building in an excellent location. Walkable to lots of food, drink and shopping.

The building is beautiful and extremely clean, the only dissappointing factor was that we didn't find the mattress and pillows comfortable, they were very hard but thats a personal preference i suppose.
