BIG Hotel is strategically located right across Parkmall and beside another mall, City Time Square, which allows access to a lot of restaurants and other conveniences offers a lots of options for things to do. It is also just a few miles away from the IT Park.
Big Hotel also has spacious rooms at a very affordable price. I booked an Executive Room and was provided with a spacious bed with soft white Comforters, a recliner sofa, a corner study table and a balcony. Truly a value for your money.

Very poor check out experience. I have never been to a hotel in any country where upon checkout they went through the contents of the trash can like a prison guard‼ ️

Its my 1st time travelng with a friend ,and its really sulit for 2000 pesos,with bfast already and hot shower so for me its good stay,for short stay 😁🤩

It was my bday and chose this hotel bec cheap and accessible wanted to relax, checked in but i i was dismayed by their standard room ( cement) retro plain grey wall. Just i didnt feel like it too dark and window blocked view:( im so disappointed !
Very poor customer service when i checked in havent seen them smiling or greeting you or even say good afternoon .
Too poor! First time i encountered like that!! Room a little dirty messy floor and cr has bad smell .
Poor/ BAD customer service(front desk)(in charge brekfast)
And i swear i will never come back !
My expectations were not met then
