My family and I had the best holiday experience at Vivanta Mangalore, from the very first moment when we walked through the incredible lobby. Ms Helina and Mr Satya welcomed us at the reception. Ms Helina did our check in very smooth and quick. To our delight and surprised Ms Helina upgraded our rooms to grand royal suits. We Highly recommend these rooms were absolutely stunning. Don’t miss to meet Mr Nambiar ( GM ), very humble, Great and heart touching personality who always were their for us for our every requirement. Appreciate the team front office Deepika, Amresh, Karthik, Pragat, Arul Valan for your excellent hospitality. We spend 2 nights , these 3 rooms 410 , 412 are suits rooms and interconnected. 414 has also city views. To top also Pasreena and Rohit decorate our room, we were surprised with birthday decorations in the room for my Twins Nephew, Thanks to Mr Ram for his excellent service and always present to assist. Helina did a lovely arrangements at Pool side for birthday celebrate. Specially, The staffs were friendly and would always greet us when passing by. An unforgettable experience in the pool. Crystal-clear water and surrounded with lash greenery. Srikant was very attentive and always willing to help us. Brunch, which was a great experience. The food, was excellent ~ Maintaining quality. All chefs are mind blowing Chef Rishabh and Chef Nikhil touched our heart. Hats off to the chef from ***** ( China ). Singer Ms Stella, Appreciate the unique quality of her voice. Restaurant Manager Ms Namitha offered us excellent menu and arrange beautiful seating place which came out at a good time, considering how busy they all must have been. Ms Nisarga and Akshita did a fantastic job at the dining. Every restaurant associates are always taking care of us. The Hotels itself beautifully blend luxury with authentic Indian Charms. and the quality of everything was very premium and nothing was compromised. Excellent the team Management.

I stayed there for 3 days in dec 2024 and i must say the experience was very good. The staff's behaviour is very good and they will help you out in every possible way. We had one infant they helped us with her food and toiletries. Truly appreciate there caring staff. Overall the experience was excellent, the rooms were good, food was good and the property is well maintained. Will love to visit again.
