The room was clean and bright, and there's a security guard in the lobby, so it feels safe. At night, there might be a lot of bars nearby, so it's good to be mindful of your safety. The hotel is close to a department store, making dining convenient.

The hotel is located very close to Robinsons Mall (a maximum 10-minute walk). The staff, from check-in to check-out, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and absolutely fine for the price. Comfortable bed and a quiet room. I can recommend it.

The service and overall experience were decent, but the air conditioning inside the room was incredibly loud, and the soundproofing was quite poor. I could hear a constant buzzing of motorcycles from outside the window all night long. I hope they can improve this.

This was my second stay, for five days, and I was given a room without a sea view, haha. There were strange little bugs on the table in the room, which was annoying. The shower experience in the bathroom was, as usual, not great. It was hard to squeeze out the shower gel because the pump was broken. Water splashed everywhere, so the wet and dry separation wasn't good. The breakfast was decent, semi-buffet, but lacked vegetables and fruits.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. It was also convenient to do laundry, and there was a space for exercise. The surrounding area was a bit noisy and slightly unclean, but that's not the hotel's fault...

The accommodation is located in a potentially dangerous area, close to the BTS station. It's convenient for travel, but you need to be cautious. Overall, the hotel staff provided good service. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; a chef prepared each dish individually.
