As sn english only speaker the laxk of netflix or YouTube made it difficult to watch tv of a night and having to climb over the bed to get into it as no space beside bed makes it hard fir a bigger person but otherwise i was very comfortable and got good sleeps

The staff was very friendly and helpful always with a smile, the hotel was very nice and home to many foreigners I also like to thank Rab for assisting us with a grab diver

Enjoy staying here, staff helpful but only speak mandarin, close to the airport with plenty shops restaurants close by and spa, messages aswell

It was a great experience staying in your Suites. The room was comfortable and well-designed, and the location made it easy to access nearby establishments. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The overall place is decent, however, the linen cover seems to have already been used due to its pungent odour. Every time we asked for room service, it just made the whole room smell worse as the mop used to clean the room likely had not been changed or cleaned. There was even a time when the cleaner took the money that had been left out in the open by the table, although we were going to tip anyway, it is just concerning that they’d take whatever money’s left out without having prior knowledge of whether the money is going to be given. What if it had been someone else's money or a larger amount than usual?

Location perfect. Staff especially on front desk very helpful and nice. We are use and love orthopedic hard matrasses in the beds. During or stay they were very soft, we can understand some people may prfer that. It would be perfect if there was a choice in mattress. very big plus was the breakfast. for descent price it is well worth to purchase the breakfast coupons. Overall we where very pleased. The utility cleans the hallway and lobby at 2am with a vacuum sound that disturbs the sleeping guests..I suggest that you have to have your time in cleaning NOT during the sleeping time of the guests. It shows that you don't respect the time and privacy of your guests. DISAPPOINTED 😤
