The staff are very helpful. The room is clean and spacious, water pressure is good and there is hot water too. Breakfast is not a buffet. They will just give you a menu to choose from.

Awesome and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. Easier access to different tourist spots in Manila. Kudos!

General impression was good, and clean, but no coffee available bidet water is too slow cannot be used, shower has no hot water, but front disk responded fixed it.
Sink has also no water available in it, as per technical crew that fixed the shower, sink has been long not working and cannot be fixed.

Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and mababait mga staff. Sana yung non-smoking area is non-smoking area talaga. pero all in all, naging maayos naman stay ko.
