Swiss-Belhotel Blulane Binondo, Manila

Very accommodating staff, rooms are clean and spacious to. My favorite hotel in Manila. Thank you!

Staff was friendly. Location was within binondo it was very convenient for us. The only issue we had was when we ate at their restaurant. It took 45-50 minutes to serve us cold food. It wasn't even a hot meal.

I would love to be able to rate this hotel 9.5 out of 10, because of its beauty, and because of the great staff. However the room I rented had the following issues. 1. The room normally stayed around 26°C (78.8°F) to 27°C (80.6°F) with the AC running on the highest setting. 2. The shower had a drain issue, and water overflowed throughout half the bathroom floor. 3. The TV had about 5 channels in English, and the picture was horrible. Very fuzzy with intermittent audio. 4. The WiFi was mediocre, and would occasionally disconnect from the internet. 5. The view through the window was just other roof tops. 6. It's a little far from the airport. It is a very beautiful hotel, with an outstanding looking lobby, and a great ground floor restaurant. The staff is outstanding. When I first entered the hotel and the room, my first thought was that I was never leaving this hotel. That is until I ran into the room AC issue. I could not stay there more than 2 nights with such a hot room.

Hotel is old but still ok. Room is big enough for twopictire on the website are the same. . Aside for no ref and slow internet connection. Our stay is comfortable

The place is good and the room is comfy nerar to Chinatown and restaurant. Well it's good 👍

Always on point! Consistently great service! Jason is one of the gem of this hotel aside from the cleanliness. Food is good also. Location for us is very convinient. Definitely our second home. Keep it up!
