The front desk service of the hotel is first-class. The front desk, housekeeping and parking staff are polite and proactive in providing assistance. The interior of the room is very tidy. The hotel upgraded the QUEEN BED suite for us on this trip. We were overjoyed. We stayed for two nights in total Meals in the hotel, the food and service quality of the hotel restaurant at dinner time are very high, and the service and food selection at breakfast time are not so good, which makes the overall score drop slightly. Staying in this hotel with a history of more than 200 years made us stay in the National Day holiday of the United States leave good memories

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cliff House and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was seamless,
The room itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. It was clear that the hotel staff take great pride in maintaining their facilities to the highest standards.

Great stay. The room was lovely. We had issues with both the spa tub and the steam shower. The staff kindly removed our valet fee to help cover the issue.

I love the beautiful rooms and lovingly preserved building. Every step in the cliff house was like a walk through time. The front access garden was beautiful and unique; it felt like you would discover faeries in the flowers. There were only 2 issues i had if you could call them that. The electric sockets were the loosest I'd ever used. The parking situation felt like a hold up either i paid 3 dollars an hour to park on the narrow street or 20 dollars a day for valet garage parking. Valet was cheaper. The hotel has close access to walkable shops and entertainment.

Our stay for two nights was excellent!! From our room to having three delicious meals in the dining room and on the veranda. Geoffrey did a marvelous job!
Valet service was excellent also, especially having Matthew! Everyone was very friendly, polite and kind!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

Amazing property located just off the main ***** in old Manitou Springs. From the staff to the decor, I had the best experience here while on a two week trip to Colorado. If it’s available, stay in the Buffalo Bill suite. It’s the coolest themed room I’ve ever seen.
