It is a beautiful hacienda del cafe with a great restaurant, swimming pool and a garden. Lovely hosts, open for help. The kitchen chief is excellent and should get a Michelin star! Hacienda is surrounded by mountains and views are wonderful, it’s very calm and peaceful, you can watch mountains, banana and coffee plantations and collibers coming to the terraces. And they serve the best coffee in Colombia :) also I asked for a driver and the hotel introduced me to the best driver and guide to Manizales and Colombian culture, Mr Virgilio.

We initially planned to stay for just two days, but ended up extending our visit because the place was simply amazing. The service was outstanding, especially from Jorge, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Every amenity was excellent, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. We highly recommend staying at Atardeceres del Café, not just for the stunning setting, but also for the warm and attentive service. We’ll definitely be returning!

The name was a little confusing for me - I thought the property was associated with a cafe, but the name is actually a reference to coffee, which seems obvious in retrospect. The property was gorgeous and tranquil. We had a view overlooking the valley in one of the glamping suites, with the most romantic amenities (hot tub, fire pit, a canopy nest, patio dining). The staff was really thoughtful, making sure that we had the most relaxing stay possible. The restaurant had perfect execution of their dishes (highly recommend the salmon salad), with beautiful presentation.

10/10. An amazing gem in the mountains of Manizales. The staff is amazing and Jorge was an exeptional person to talk with. The rooms are spacious with heavenly beds. They have a restaurant with delicious food and drinks. We will defenitly come back with the kids.

I was there for a business meeting. Food was delicious, service staff was accurate, kind, welcoming. The landscape, zones, restaurant were just amazing. Very recommended if you go to Manizales or the "eje cafetero". The hotel looks very comfortable and luxurious, and they have to glampings which are just perfect to celebrate an especial occasion.

Amazing place - wonderful view and rooms (we had the suite which includes a king size bed, a terrace and a steam room), friendly staff and good food. Coffee tour and tasting (6 different styles of preparation were compared) on site. Only 15 minutes from the Centre of Manizales.
