The service was good we walked into the rooms they looked ok but you go into the bathroom and there is rings in the toilet and also roaches

Made the reservation online, very easy.
Checked in, quick and easy for the most part,
Get to the room, go to the bathroom, roaches are crawling in the shower/tub.
Go back to front desk, requested a refund, (haven't received that yet) and got out of there.

I just think its better for the price . They are best staff ive seen . Each shift shown great attitude. They have a painter on duty , im looking forward to see the results.

Booked a room through *******. As I was waiting in line to check in, the person in front of me was complaining about roaches in his room, so the front desk staffer gave him another room. Which happened to be my room, which was the last one available. So he got my room and I got no room. Which maybe was a blessing in disguise.

Room dirty, bugs, lock broken in room door. I had to ask them to turn in hot water for our room. Will never stay there again.
