The hotel is located right in front of the busy street, i could not have proper sleep due to the traffic passing by whole night, bad sound proof.
Room is small, bed-frame and many other parts of the room are old and dusty. Bedsheet is dusty and stained. This place kind of run down.

Typically small room with your basic need fulfilled; mineral water, filtered water, etc.. But I reach there around 6pm but the still not ready yet to my dispointment. Everything else is good. If you need a night sleep or rest from a journey, this budget hotel is good enough. I don't have time to roam surrounding but it near Perak River where there is lots of place to visit if you interested.

Overall is good , some issue : there is noise from the aircond, part of toilet wall got stained, and water flow from shower is slow

Room is bigger than i expected. Got enough space for prayer. Toilet also big & clean, ready with water heater & other toiletries. Location near to restaurant, shops and school. Will come back if come to Kuala Kangsar.
