We have been one night, it has been DEPRORABLE, room with broken and dirty furniture, lamps with cobwebs, completely unhygienic sink, broken faucets, we have not been able to shower because the shower head did not work, only the bathtub water outlet faucet worked, very bad smell, loose cables with the risk that it entails, the room without windows, we have not even had breakfast, seeing the state of the food they had, there was no staff in the dining room, neither in the room nor in the common facilities they have measures anti-fire, they have the list of users in view of the whole world, that is, there is no privacy, they do not know the data protection law? I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Rooms with the smell of tobacco, dirty sink with hair in the jacuzzi and floor, they remove the heating, it is very cold, the old blankets, dinner to forget and breakfast better not to explain it, in short, a nonsense of a hotel, and expensive come on not to step on it

We reserved, days ago, 5 rooms, and they knew that we were coming from a wedding and one of them was for the bride and groom, in others there were children, in short 13 people. Nice reception, from there, I was not amused that they already charged before entering, it is not usual, everything obsolete, old, without maintenance, without heating, scarcely staffed, I do not blame the reception worker who was in charge of going with us to change to other rooms, since the ones they gave us had no heating, the air conditioning full of unhygienic dirt without any maintenance, belongings from the previous client as well as the toilet paper, I also do not blame the maid who knows how many rooms are assigned to you and nobody supervises when it is finished. The cafeteria kitchen was supposed to be open until 10:30 p.m., because only one person who had the bar full of drinks already finished that nobody picked up, the receptionist had to come to clean the bar, without bread, with nothing to offer us to diner. The room that in the end they gave the bride and groom the jacuzzi did not work, without a plug, the toilet paper was only the cardboard roll, in no room was there even a bar of soap, nothing at all. And breakfast arrives and more of the same, frozen bread that was broken, some sausage and some sweets, finishing they tell us that in 5 minutes the bacon and fried eggs came out. The downpour was taken by the receptionist, both at night and in the morning, which on top of that was the one I spoke to to reserve, but not an apology, nothing at all, they are used to being killed, not even red they put themselves, MANAGEMENT'S BLAME, THAT WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO ALL THE INCIDENTS THAT HAD IN THOSE FIRST 5 ROOMS AND IN WHICH THEY GAVE US LATER, because I am omitting a lot, otherwise it would be more extensive, DISAPPOINTING WHAT WAS HOTEL BRUC AND IN WHAT HAS BECOME THANKS TO THE MANAGEMENT… GO BY

Buen sitio para estar de paso, instalaciones algo antiguas, pero suficiente para pasar una noche.

L’hébergement a un beau lobby, mais les chambres ne sont vraiment pas belles. Tout est vieux. Le pommeau de douche est arraché et aucune chaise pour le balcon. On pouvait entendre le voisin de chambre ronfler..

Es de los peores hoteles que he podido utilizar y eso que lo hago a menudo por temas laborales… simplemente horrible, antiguo, instalaciones pésimas, desayunos pateticos, humedades en las habitaciones aparte de suciedad en los radiadores, azulejos rotos, wifi que no funciona en las habitaciones y un personal que no sabe nada de nada de por qué ocurren las cosas…. En fin, un auténtico desastre y recomendación de no utilizar el mismo a no ser que quieran hacer un remake del Resplandor.

Todo el staff del Hotel, en especial el recepcionista egipcio , han sido encantadores y super hospitalarios!!
